PROGRAM MANAGER

Encore Capital Group has an opportunity for a Program Manager I within our Strategic Outsourcing Department. The Program Manager is primarily responsible for managing mid-sized and/or established outsourcing programs and initiatives.  This includes analyzing strategic initiatives, developing and fine-tuning programs, executing program strategies, measuring against performance goals, and fostering relationships with external partners to drive program success.

 

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

 

· Helping to develop program/placement strategies and executing against such strategies.

· Analyzing business drivers at both the partner and program level to manage and improve performance.

· Evaluating existing processes/strategies for improvement opportunities.

· Collaborating in setting program goals and communicates to all parties.

· Helping create performance incentive programs to drive collections results.

· Driving program/partner communications both internally and externally.

· Fostering partnerships through continuous communication and periodic visits.

· Presenting work effectively to management and builds buy-in for recommendations.

· Performing other duties as assigned.

 

Position requires 1-3 years of related experience.
