***Part Time*** Account Administrator - Relationship Management, FDS (Grade 18)
Brief Description: ***Part-Time opening*** Shifts are either 9AM - 1PM (1 position), or 1PM - 5PM (3 positions) Monday through Friday. The Part-time Sr. Associate is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of accounts on the Transfer Agency system, the execution of transfers between accounts within the Transfer Agency system and Financial Advisor inquiries. Responsibilities include assisting with the processing of shareholder mailings for Private Equity capital calls and distributions, processing entries to resolve Stock Record Breaks, reviewing and updating client demographic information based on various requests and reports, and reviewing and resolving returned mail items. Job Responsibilities: The Alternative Investments (AI) Investor Services Team is a new area to Jacksonville. The team plays a key role in supporting the firm's Alternative Investment Products. The team supports an array of Hedge Funds, Managed Futures and Private Equity funds with total client assets in these funds exceeding $20 billion dollars. Average monthly transactions exceed 22,000. By definition, Alternative Investment products are restricted to affluent and highly sophisticated investors thus making the client experience highly sensitive. Successful team members display client service skills, teamwork, relationship management and problem-solving skills to affect change in a dynamic environment. Technology plays an integral role in streamlining departmental work flows, which affords team members with the opportunity to develop leadership, project management and technological skills. The development of AI Investor Services’ relationships with both the proprietary and non-proprietary funds offer associates an understanding of the various roles, responsibilities, and global impacts within the industry. Employees will play a primary role in stabilizing the existing team and assisting with the continued analysis of processes for systematic and procedural improvements.Qualifications:Ideal candidate is currently attending college or already posesses college degree Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organization skills and proven ability/experience in multi-tasking in order to maintain performance during peak times. Ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
