Patient Advocate / Field Representative

This position will be working with a diverse population of patients that have left the hospital in an effort to connect them with community, state, and federal resources to cover their medical expenses. Must possess an excellent driving record and be insured. There will be mileage reimbursement for use of own vehicle.

Applicant should be compassionate, creative, and professional.  Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required, with the ability to convey a positive and professional image in person & on the telephone. We also seek individuals with exceptional organizational and problem solving skills. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
