Payment Processing Associate (8 openings)

Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Career Level:  Experienced (Non-Manager) Payment Processing Associate will help the department in placing outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers who have an outstanding balance, and attempt to collect on the balances due, in turn helping reduce Non Pay churn.The Payment Processing Associate is responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding payments. The Payment Processing Associate will troubleshoot problems and coordinate with various internal departments to resolve payment problems.
