Payroll Supervisor

HFDN64142 Our client is looking for a Payroll Supervisor for their fast-paced office in Downtown Boston. Responsibilities: Oversee payroll process; weekly, semi- monthly, monthly payrolls; ensuring the timely and accurate computation and payment of each. Make sure that payrolls are processed in accordance with legal, regulatory and firm requirements Ensure that the department remains at an exceptionally high level of customer service and responsiveness.  Develop and implement and maintain sound payroll policies, procedures and controls. Make recommendations for change as necessary.  Develop and implement process improvements. Train and develop staff to understand payroll.  Maintain excellent records of all payroll transactions, tax filings and interactions with employees and partners. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll with 3+ years supervisory experience Bachelor's degree preferred ADP Payforce knowledge preferred Demonstrated experience with Excel and Word; Crystal reporting a plus  For immediate consideration please send resumes to dnolan@hollisterstaff.com .
