We seek a detail oriented, experienced Pension Process Administrator to process our client's pension programs including daily transactions, distributions and loan reviews. This position is located in Rockford Illinois.

Responsibilities:
Process retirement plan transactions including distributions, loans, payrolls and other transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare quarterly reports and statements. Document procedures for assigned plan set. Communicate effectively with other team members and management regarding issues, information needed to complete transactions and status of work in progress.

Requirements:
Proven success a detail oriented role such as financial services, accounting or bookkeeping.
Experience processing daily transactions for a TPA (third party administrator), bank or insurance firm is desired.
Direct experience with Retirement Plan Administration desired
Degree and /or 3 years experience is desired.
Experience with TPA software such as Relius is preferred.
