We are looking for:  Pension Administrator

Position Type: Exempt

Position Overview:

The primary function of the Pension Administrator in the Plan Administration Department is to work with the Department Manager to perform all duties related to the organization, development, implementation and administration tasks for the Plan Administration Department.

Organization:

The Plan Administration Department at Envoy Financial is part of the Retirement Plan Implementation & Service Department, which is responsible for the implementation, record keeping, testing and ongoing service of the retirement plans for the Christian plan sponsors we work with.

Requirements:
A Statement of Faith documenting a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. MUST HAVE strong working knowledge of Sungard Relius software. Prior experience in the area of defined contribution pension administration to include 401(k) and 403(b). Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.


Key Responsibilities:
Retirement plan recordkeeping using Relius 12.1 software. Loan administration using Relius 12.1 software. ADP / ACP Compliance testing using Relius 12.1 software. Distribution administration using Relius 12.1 software. Working in conjunction with the Implementation & Service Manager to expand and develop procedures for the Plan Administration Department.
