People Development Performance Manager

Servicing over 6,500 plans with $3 billion in assets under administration and supporting over 450,000 participants, PAi provides its services to over 2,500 financial advisors and financial institutions nationwide. PAi has been successfully servicing the small business industry for over 22 years by making strategic and effective investments in people, technology and processes.
Summary:
PAi is currently seeking two People Development Performance Managers for our team. These individuals will facilitate the effective operation of our matrix structure by being consultants to the business and resources to our employees with regard to progressive people practices and programs. The professionals hired for these positions will be expected to influence and motivate a high performance organization by facilitating processes related to such things as performance management, employee relations, development, succession and culture.
Responsibilities:
Drives, influences and implements people strategies that support and align with business requirements, HR strategy, and enterprise strategies. Develops plans and assesses resources to assist Business Partners with building high performance teams and recruiting/retaining key talent. Understands business and functional issues in order to effectively advise the leaders. Develops a strategic partnership with the business or function leader through the alignment with business goals, targets, strategy and competition, financials, market dynamics, levers and issues. Encourages development and retention of top talent within the business in accordance with company plans.Integrates and aligns HR programs for business and broker services of HR functional areas on behalf of business.Works closely with the assigned leaders on employee performance management, performance reviews, and coaching them on the development and enhancement of the performance process for employees.Conducts and reviews new hire surveys and exit interviews and shares feedback with key leaders as necessary and makes changes as appropriate.Assesses employee engagement and morale and works with leaders to develop initiatives to ensure the workplace culture is consistent with our core company values. Works alongside a recruiting team and coaches leaders through the candidate selection process utilizing knowledge of company compensation structure to provide recommendations and feedback to leaders. Works closely with Organizational Development Department to enhance talent through training initiatives.Facilitates/Supports the Supreme Internal Customer Experience by providing excellence in Performance Management and High Performance Team Development.Supports the connection between our Internal Customer and our External Customer through Performance, Development, and Reward.
Requirements:
· Understanding human behavior, change management, and recognizing what is occurring without having to be told (intuition and observation).
· Ability to anticipate and be aware of situations or things that may develop.
· Excellent problem resolution and critical thinking skills.
· Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills needed along with a high degree of integrity and initiative.
· Experience with fast-paced learning organizations.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in a progressive Human Resources role, or general management experience, including significant time spent handling employee relations.
· Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
