Job Description: Manages a premier/excellent household customer portfolio. Profiling customers to determine their needs, then cross-selling appropriate products and services and/or referring customer to partners. Provides broad base of services, including deposit-based, credit, investment and fee-based products, with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customer s business. Develops and maintains relationships with Wells Fargo partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards. Proactively makes outbound sales calls to inform customers about a wide variety of financial services solutions that will meet their needs and deepen the customer experience and relationship.Personal Bankers are expected to exceed challenging sales and referral goals by proactively selling products and services to customers and referring customers to other areas of the bank.  Every banker has their own scorecard with daily sales and referral goals.
