Personal Lines Insurance Sales Associate

Job Description: Wells Fargo Insurance, Inc. is currently seeking Personal Lines Insurance Sales Associates to be a part of our Personal Insurance Sales Team. This team is in the early stages and is poised for significant growth. The position will be located in our call center at the Investors Building in downtown Minneapolis, MN. As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Associate you would be responsible for selling insurance products and handling sales calls from consumers and other company representatives that are coming inbound and when appropriate, initiating outbound sales calls to qualified leads. Responsibilities also include managing client contact, resolving complex problems for personal lines clients, analyzing coverage, assessing risk and comparing to Wells Fargo’s recommendations. Providing insurance solutions from multiple insurance companies to ensure coverage gaps are closed while building relationships with prospects and deepening relationships with current Wells Fargo Customers and business partners. Demonstrating proficiency in frontline underwriting as well as identifying and validating that rating and underwriting information is accurate. Hours for this position will be T-F 9:30am - 7pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum one year sales experience. Minnesota Property/Casualty or Life/Health Insurance license preferred; experience with Property/Casualty or Life/Health Insurance sales and customer service preferred. Preferred Skills: Ability to establish strong relationships with business partners to facilitate lead generation; ability to analyze customer coverage and recommend best carrier based on customer needs and underwriting guidelines; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of the sales process; problem solving skills; excellent organizational skills; ability to manage time well; ability to work in a fluid work environment.
