Job Location US-CA-Los Angeles StatusFull Time Position description In response to continued client account growth we are adding an experienced Personal Trust/Estate Administrator to our Los Angeles team.The Trust/Estate Administrator will work closely with Investment Counselors to service their trust and agency accounts. A key focus for comprehensive account management includes the review of trust and other legal documents to monitor and carry out all requirements. The Administrator must possess strong verbal and written abilities, since they will communicate directly and participate in meetings with the client and their advisors. The successful candidate must also be collaborative and team oriented in order to work effectively with our associates in a wide range of locations and departments. The Administrator will set up and manage accounts using Global Plus. Responsibilities also include assisting with the training and development of support staff.Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years recent experience as a Trust Administrator/Officer Strong knowledge of trust operations and securities movements Knowledge of fiduciary and probate law, and administration of trusts Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Ability to work with multiple individuals in a team environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Committed to providing a high level of client service Complex problem-solving skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities essential Work well under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy Knowledge of Word, Excel and Lotus Notes Knowledge of Global Plus or other similar trust accounting systems desired, but not required Knowledge of bank or trust operations is a plus CTFA certification helpfulWe offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes: Medical, dental and vision coverage effective day one Three weeks vacation in year one 15% of annual salary plus bonuses contributed by the company to your retirement plan, up to IRS limits Generous educational assistance Health club subsidy Paid, comprehensive training programs Team-oriented working environment Business casual dressWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
