Plan Services Account Coordinator-Financial Services

The Account Coordinator will support the Employer Stock Specialist in their daily activities. Role encompasses daily tasks, long-term projects and research items. Candidates must be professional, have superior communication skills, and previous experience with employer stock plans. Must have a good understanding of 401(k) and Profit Sharing plans. Must be able to respond to plan level inquiries from Institutional Partners, as needed, with regard to the operations of retirement plans on the ISIS recordkeeping system.

*Supports the Employer Stock Specialist on the administration of employer stock plans across all lines of business.

*Completes simple ISIS changes and performs routine maintenance as necessary.

*Acts as final QA for certain aspects of Employer Stock Specialists work.

*Assists Management with research and long-term projects.

*Communicates with clients regarding service requests and their completion.

*Previous knowledge and experience with employer stock plans is required.
