Plant ControllerJob Responsibilities:Responsible for the financial control, budgeting and forecasting, and reporting and analysis of the Oakwood, Georgia (USA) facility.  The responsibilities include maintaining an adequate system of internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, most importantly in the areas of financial statement close, fixed assets, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and accruals.  Further, the Plant Controller must define and implement process changes that will improve the efficiency and value added of the department. Qualifications:Minimum of 4-7 years experience in financial reporting in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to forecasts and budgets.  Knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements.  Knowledge of MFG-Pro, Hyperion and Excel a plus.  Previous controller experience desired. Education:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred.
