Portfolio Administrator/ Operations Analyst

Private Client Resources LLC, a financial information services company located in Wilton, CT is seeking a Portfolio Administrator to join our Operations Team. Portfolio Administrators should have experience gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing financial information.  

 

Responsibilities:Process and reconcile investment transaction feeds Gather investment information from security custodians and process through our internal accounting and performance management platformsPerform security valuation for marketable and non-marketable securitiesResearch and resolve data quality inquiries from clients Maintain and process corporate actionsLead and participate in continuous process improvement projects

 

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business related discipline or related work experience with investment services companiesMinimum of 1 year experienceWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook Understanding of financial transactions, hedge funds, and private equity Process-oriented with meticulous attention to detailBasic knowledge of investment performance measurement and recognizing tax implications of financial transactions Knowledge of valuation methodologies for equity, fixed income, derivatives and alternative investments
