Description:ResponsibilitiesExample of Duties:As a Recovery Collector you would make outbound calls to customers whose credit card account is 7 months delinquent or greater in order to negotiate and acceptable payment arrangement for the balance in full.Handle inbound call from customers. Complete various system checks and searches in order to find valid contact information on accounts that have an invalid address or phone number. Follow set guidelines and procedures as identified by federal law and organization expections. Strategize a queue of 1,200 accounts or greater to ensure the appropriate collection efforts are made on each account in order to contribute to the success of the Organization. Work with your team and department professioinally and effectively in order to achieve desired business results.
