High end, well established, Century City, Private Equity and Venture Capital firm is currently searching for a Private Client Assistant to work closely with Financial Advisors on behalf of high net worth private clients. Candidates must be polished, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Wealth or Portfolio management experinece is a plus along with any Hedgefund or general financial services experience. Proficiency with Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the ability to multi-task and work on various projects are required skills. Candidates must have at least five years recent work experience. Administrative or Executive experience is desired. Position requires calendaring and scheduling and prefers a four-year degree from a top univeristy. Position is immediate and offers excellent benefits and opportunities for performance based bonuses. Compensation begins at $50K and could be flexible depending upon experience level.
