Job Description: Private Mortgage Bankers enable affluent clients to leverage their assets and complement their wealth management goals by providing sound home financing solutions. This is a senior level sales and lending position which requires independent sourcing of loans utilizing the applicant's existing contacts and developing new outside referral sources. The successful candidate will have the expertise to craft a suitable financing package along with the ability to underwrite and decision loans from the basic to the complex. This is a position for the entrepreneur who loves to take charge of the entire process to ensure prompt loan delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
