Process Improvement Consultant

Process Improvement Consultant manages and implements process improvement initiatives within their assigned line of business. The PI Consultant is the primary resource to project teams in support of Six Sigma and/or PMP methodologies. Provides leadership to the Business Process Analyst team by managing resource allocations across multiple division projects and ensuring delivery of expected benefits to the organization.Establish effective working relationships with the Leadership team, project sponsors, and other division teams to deliver value to the organization.Mentor and coach team members on the fundamentals of business process modeling, industrial engineering best practices and business case development.QualificationsNeeds to possess a solid understanding of tools and techniques required to effectively re-engineer business processes.MBA preferred; Prior experience with Six Sigma or PMP desired, black belt or PMP certification.Demonstrated success in analysis driven problem solving; 3-5 years significant project management experience; proven ability to drive and manage change. Self-starter, consulting experience on work teams, structuring recommendations and presentations. Cognizant of technology & systems but not necessarily in-depth expertise.
