The Processing Specialist part of the Retirement Planning Administration Department of the Retirement Services organization. This individual is responsible for processing payroll, including the update of retirement plan participant (synoptic) data and pricing of plan assets according to service office and client expectations. -Download prices, run review reports to ensure that all assets are priced correctly and attach to recordkeeping system -Run edits on payroll files submitted by clients to ensure that all data is complete to import into the recordkeeping system for processing -Communicate standard errors to client so that payroll may be processed -Run final payroll files and update recordkeeping system, and -Submit payroll purchase requests to trading -College or technical school coursework is preferred; a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)is the minimum requirement. -Minimum one year related work experience; experience in working with trustmark and retirement plan processing experience is preferred. -Solid oral communications, interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills are required. -Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, are also required.
