Producer Compensation Team Leader

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Provide leadership to Producer Compensation teams that support producers who place their business through Hornor, Townsend & Kent, Inc. and Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Develop a high performing culture of dynamic and results-oriented customer service representatives.



Achieve outstanding results through goals that reflect high standards of excellence, including the establishment of service agreements and the ongoing monitoring of metrics to ensure a positive producer experience.

Oversee enhancement of processes and the effective utilization of technology capabilities such as the automatic call distributor (ACD) and imaging/workflow (AWD.)

Forecast business requirements and the scheduling and training of representatives including cross training of basic HTK and PML related activities.

Research best practices and maintain an awareness of developing competitor strategies in order to optimize service opportunities.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor compensation functions to ensure producer compensation is paid timely and accurately.

Ensure accordance with rules and regulations of government agencies, regulatory bodies and securities exchanges in preparation for FINRA audits.

Assure all internal audit deliverables are met on a timely basis.

Monitor coverage of 800 service calls, correspondence and email inquiries in order to meet their turnaround time and quality targets.



Report metrics and maintain an issues log when problems arise.

Maintain a high level of expertise and engagement of all team members.

MAJOR QUALIFICATIONS

College degree preferred

2-3 years team leader experience preferred

Experience in commission processing or accounting field a plus

Series 6 and Series 26 required within 6 -9 months of hire date
