The basic function of this position is to support the PSCU FS online services products. The incumbent would assist in day-to-day product support; provide developmental assistance for new Online Banking and existing Online Bill Payment products and services, and research and support enhancements to existing products. Incumbent would also lead or assist in the development, implementation and quality control of project proposals, profitability analysis, product positioning, product launch, training, and systems integration, ensuring that all solutions meet company strategic objectives.QualificationsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with individuals or groups and give presentations utilizing various audio/visual support aids.Ability to work with team members and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, financial institutions and vendors.Minimal travel will be required for this position.Ability to manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.Ability to think strategically regarding development and implementation of products, possess strong problem solving skills, and demonstrate strong reasoning and analytical skills.Ability to utilize personal computer, telephone, fax machine, copier, calculator and other general office equipment.Ability to exercise discretion, good judgment in making decisions, and work independently with little or no supervisory or functional guidance.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to talk, hear, handle, feel and sit.Specific vision abilities required to do this job include close vision.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Product Managers by acting as the secondary liaison for eServices, Sales and Marketing, IT, Contact Center, Training, and Web Implementations for the online services product lines.Participate in the analysis, development, implementation, coordination, communication, and maintenance of all product enhancements, upgrades, new solutions and lines of business. Ensure that product documentation, procedures, and technical specifications are maintained, updated, and distributed to appropriate internal and external personnel in a timely manner. Monitor the day-to-day status of all Online Banking and Online Bill Payment systems, operations, exceptions, alerts, and report functions, determine the correct course of action when necessary, and take the necessary steps to resolve issues. Participate in various PSCU Financial Services, service provider, and other advisory groups or committees as directed by the Product Manager. Manage informational reports and distribution of competitive product intelligence and information. Serve as secondary contact and assist internal sales and internal and external implementation personnel during invoice analysis with proposal development and program start-ups and conversionsAssist in the coordination and presentation of seminars and training for PSCU Financial Services? personnel, prospective clients, trade associations, current members and other entities as assigned.Provide support to eServices personnel for users of products that have or will be developed. Act as sales support liaison for all technical and product related inquiries.Collaborate with appropriate functional areas such as Operations, Information Technology, Administration and Finance to develop and provide product definitions, objectives, and goals that are responsive to our member owner?s needs. Participate in conducting appropriate market analysis utilizing advisory group credit unions, regional and internal personnel and other resources as deemed appropriate for selected market research; surveys, and focus groups. Develop market test scenarios and ensure approval from the user for product rollout.Participate in coordinating and developing all the appropriate internal or external contacts, marketing, sales, and financial plans, as well as product lines to provide financial and technical justification for product selection, providing sales support as requested by manager.Conduct and support Change Management meetings if necessary throughout the developmental stages to track and communicate progress and participate in various PSCU Financial Services committees including the Bulletin Committee.Participate in identifying risks throughout the feasibility study and development process and communicate issues to senior management for their evaluation.Assist in the development of product documentation, procedures, and technical Specifications, training and marketing materials. Coordinate delivery of product training to designated personnel, while assisting with product launch initiatives.Maintain proficiency in departmental operations to assist in volume conditions or function as primary or back up.Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.EDUCATION:Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:Minimum five (5) years of related product support experience in a systems or financial services environment.Minimum two (2) years online services product support experience preferred.Product training and product demonstration/presentation experience required.Good understanding of the online services industry.PC-Windows-based software experience required with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
