Product Consultant

Morningstar`s product support team seeks a Product Consultant to play an essential role in our mission to put investors first. In this position, you will expand your knowledge of Morningstar products and data while constantly interacting with Morningstar customers. As a Morningstar Product Consultant, you`ll join a group of personable, dynamic, and technically savvy individuals. Founded on teamwork, this group will enable you to learn and grow with your peers while interacting directly with Morningstar`s data, products, and customers.

New Product Consultants receive extensive data, product, and technical training. You`ll develop strong expertise in all of our products and services by supporting a large customer base across all product lines. You`ll be expected to effectively manage your time between client phone calls, e-mails, and special projects. Contributing to continuous product enhancement, you`ll stay apprised of product changes, enhancements, and new releases to provide valuable feedback and insight to product managers.

We seek candidates with excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the investment industry and an in-depth understanding of computers. Knowledge of Windows-based applications is required. Since a strong customer service focus is an essential part of the job, experience in this area is a plus. Fluency in both English and French will be necessary in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this role. A bachelor`s degree is required.
