Product Manager Essential Job Functions (other duties may be assigned): • Identify market needs and address them through new product development, product extensions, and updating features and benefits. • Develop new product business, including quantitative analysis of market conditions, competitive environment and trends • Lead cross-functional teams in new product development, including management of project timelines and deliverables. • Propose and coordinate implementation of enhancements to existing products and websites • Identify optimum product distribution methods and develop supporting capabilities • Ensure product performance maximization by monitoring product performance, recommending and implementing improvements • Serve as key interface with Underwriting Department for pricing, product benefit and policy development as well as Operations for product servicing • Prepare presentations for sales/marketing meetings and events • Perform other related duties as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years product management or development experience, preferably in an insurance, travel, financial services company or service company.  College degree required, MBA preferredFor immediate consideration for this position, please visit www.worldaccess.com and apply through our parent company Allianz's International Job Markets page.  World Access Inc. is a Equal Opportunity Employer.
