Product Manager 4 - Online Fraud

The Fraud Product Solutions team within ISG's OLBI Fraud/Authentication area is looking for a Fraud Product Manager to help us stay a few steps ahead of constantly emerging fraud schemes while being mindful of the fact that the online channel’s primary charter is on sales and service, including the insurance of a great client experience. In this role, you will participate in the evaluation, design, and implementation of fraud mitigation strategies for the Internet Services Group. This position will be responsible for evaluating the current environment and identifying opportunities, through strong analytical discipline, to strengthen fraud mitigation controls as they relate to online product development, striking the right balance between fending off fraud while supporting ISG’s sales and service goals. This will include evaluation of both existing and new consumer products to understand fraud risk implications and partner to deliver the right fraud risk mitigation solutions. The product manager will need to develop strong ongoing relationships with key contacts in ISG's consumer online product, R&C and technology teams, enterprise-wide product and R&C groups, as well as vendor and peer-FI communities. May mentor other staff and will lead cross-business teams. Minimum Qualifications: --- BS/BA or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8-10 years related experience--- Strong understanding of fraud risk and demonstrated expertise in setting strategy related to fraud mitigation--- Proven ability to build successful relationships and influence across an organization at multiple levels to achieve desired results.--- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are a necessity to understand current environment and implications of recommended strategies, as well as develop business cases, evaluate analytics/research, and driving specific product requirements.--- Proven ability to present and interact with all levels of management--- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
