Product Manager Event Assistant

DUTIES:Assist Product Manager in marketing efforts, data analysis and editorial/supervisory oversightManage and review all research entitlements via the use of Bloomberg, Thompson, FactSet, Capital IQ, SNLPrepare usage reports Set up conference callsPrepare list of approved clients for conference call service (includes soliciting exceptions from the sales force)Monitor conference calls real time for exceptions and qualityPrepare participant list for Analyst/SalesEnter participants into iStar. Also conduct exception tracking, tier changes and reviews, and the creation of the Analyst Counterpart list Archive MP3 files to Research LibraryHelp monitor Analyst travelWork with Analysts to identify territories/accounts they need to visitWork with Analysts on the creation of annotated PowerPoint presentationsSolicit feedback from salesPrepare analyst “report cards” on what territories marketed in and which accounts have seen. Identify key accounts needing visitsWork with Product Manager on developing customized marketing schedules REQUIREMENTS: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel,Word,PowerPoint), Knowledge of iStar, Bloomberg, Thompson, FactSet, Capital IQ, SNL preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills
