Product Specialist II- Retirement Plan Marketing (non-profit team)

Do you hold your Series 7 and 63 licenses? Do you have a bachelor's degree in personal financial planning, business or finance and at least three years of experience in the financial industry? Responsibilities include training our advisors on Employer Sponsored Plans, developing Group Plan related marketing and sales ideas to our Financial Advisors, and developing and implementing strategies related to Employer Sponsored Plan initiatives. Responsible for monitoring legislation that effects Group Plans. Development of marketing plans for Employer Sponsored Plans. Proactive marketing to branches. Follow up with investment representatives to help close deals.Requirements A bachelor's degree in business or finance. Experience in giving effective public presentations. Three to four years of experience in the financial industry. Demonstrated knowledge of Employer Sponsored Plans. Experience with 403(b), 457, and 401(a) preferred.
