We are looking for organized, enthusiastic, professional assistants.  You will be working on a team providing services to high-net-worth executives at top Fortune 500 companies.  This exciting opportunity includes coordinating an Account Manager’s calendar; direct contact with corporate executives; arranging travel; high volume typing/transcription and handling confidential correspondence; preparing reports; maintaining our client database; and reception area/phone coverage.

 

Applicants must have 3-5 years secretarial/administrative experience, advanced PC skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and self starting ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently. Must be able to type at least 50-55 wpm.
