Profit Plan Supervisor

Profit Plan SupervisorDescription:• Provide leadership, supervision and training for PROFIT Plan Claims and Hardship Withdrawal Processors • Administer the PROFIT Plan (an employee stock ownership plan) • Ensure processes and procedures are consistent with plan documents, internal controls and applicable regulatory requirements • Monitor participant’s master data including eligibility and vesting • Coordinate annual processes such as diversification, minimum distributions and 1099Rs and • Draft PROFIT Plan communications. Required Qualifications:   • High school diploma or its equivalent • Three years of supervisory experience and five years experience working with the administration of benefit plans • Ability to interpret and apply ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations with minimal supervision • Ability to develop, train and motivate employees • Knowledge of analytical and problem solving skills • Must be able to set workload priorities based on work volumes • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:• Five years of supervisory experience working with the administration of defined contribution plans • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field and • CEBS designation.  MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
