Program Coordinator/Marketing Analyst

OBJECTIVE:  Perform oversight duties around customer service, collections, marketing and reporting for one of First Bank of Delaware's products.  Product maintenance and coordination is performed in the Atlanta, GA office.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 Participate in strategic meetingsAssist in designing marketing programs and Preparing log of all marketing proposals and plansTrack results of each marketing initiative and ensure marketing plans are updatedWork with Customer Service to assure proper staffing levels to support new marketing programs and campaignsEnsure websites, solicitation materials, direct mail and telemarketing advertisements comply with Bank policiesEnsure all programs use Bank approved documentsEvaluate offers and document performancePrepare quarterly and monthly reportsReview customer service and collection Service Level standards to ensure adherence to contractsPerform call monitoring of customer service and collectionsPerform onsite reviews third party customer service and collections sitesPrepare monthly analysis of product performanceUpdate Credit Policy Manual as appropriateAnalyze key metrics of Program, including:Roll ratePayment ratesDelinquency & charge-off Performance of various offersCredit line increases and strategies Portfolio performance vs. plan & prior periods Model development  REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: College degree required with 10 years of progressive marketing experience in the area of financial services.

· Detail oriented and strong in policy and procedure development

· Excellent communications skills, written and oral

· Competent problem solving skills

· Good presentation skills

· Ability to maintain confidential customer and Bank information in a responsible and secure manner

 WORKING CONDITIONS

Traditional office environment.  Travel required (national and overnight)
