MasterCard Worldwide Major Responsibilities:This individual will assist in the coordination and consolidation of various diversity related initiatives. He/she will coordinate Diversity initiatives specifically focusing on communications, performing data analysis and maintaining cross-functional project plans.Primary responsibilities include:Contribute to delivery and execution Communications: Responsible for execution against diversity communication plan to ensure consistent global messaging surrounding diversity; Develop, in partnership with Corporate Communications, a robust communication strategy to raise awareness of MasterCard initiatives through various mediums; Support ongoing development and maintenance of diversity website material, both internal and externalData Analysis: Responsible for partnering with HRIS to create Diversity Dashboards, as well as support ongoing diversity related analysis; Partner with HRIS to develop career movement process to track lateral and upward movement in the organization to be able to report on time in level/time in role. This will include process mapping and communication of roles.Program/Project Management: Develop/maintain cross-functional diversity project plans; Develop scorecards for Corporate Initiatives and Core Programs, including tracking and consolidation of scorecards; Produce weekly status dashboards across all diversity initiatives; Support development of materials for all GDIC meetings, including presentations and educational materials; Ensures project documents are complete, current, stored appropriately, and communicated to stakeholder; Partner across Business Units to track and report progress on BU ObjectivesCorporate Philanthropy: Partner with Corporate Philanthropy to execute community outreach plans that enhance our image and commitment to the communities in which MasterCard does businessAssist, as needed, with coordination and support of all Corporate Initiatives and Core Programs. Participate in the development and delivery of various diversity projects/initiativesContribute to the ongoing maintenance of HR data quality to ensure accuracy of the data and timely reporting in addition to identifying and resolving data discrepanciesLead, facilitate and/or participate in key meetings with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements:We are seeking an experienced Diversity resource with experience in Diversity, Project Management and Human Resources Development in complex organizations.Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutionsA self-starter who can excel in a high-performance cultureAttention to detail is criticalAbility to understand report writing tools and basic database structures for ad hoc reportingAdvanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including strong Excel skills (able to generate pivot tables)Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skills to generate reports and make recommendations for courses of action based upon dataExcellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies Experience with an HRIS system, preferably LawsonEducation: Bachelor's Degree requiredMBA preferredExperience: 4 ' 6 years experience Diversity related experience preferred, but not necessaryStrong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of MS-Project, Excel and PowerPointStrong oral and written communicationExperience in financial services and bankcard industry is a plus.
