Programmer Analyst - HR Support

Information Systems at Edward Jones is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Programmer Analyst I. Duties include providing high-quality programs by coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs. Other responsibilities include developing and modifying moderately complex information systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programming. The person hired must be capable of working in different environments. Understanding of ORACLE or SQL Server platforms is a plus.Responsibilities Analyze, design, code, test and document programs and enhancements. Assist with defining and meeting business requirements with technical solutions. Utilize one of several programming languages such as Java, SQR, JSP, HTML. Provide system support, including on-call pager rotation.Requirements Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems. Proficient understanding of open systems software development and support, Client/Server, or Web development. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor.
