Job CategoryIT/Software Development Job Location US-CA-Irvine StatusFull Time Position description The Programmer Analyst works as part of a development team responsible for automating manual processes and other application developments that are peripheral to the main accounting systems. In addition, the responsibilities include helping to improve existing applications to meet the changing needs of our business. Main responsibilities include application design and development, coding for enhancements and fixes, testing, documentation, maintenance and support. Other responsibilities may include coordinating implementation of certain upgrades to network systems such as Windows.Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development Advanced knowledge of application design principles, practices, systems development, documentation and analysis Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle Demonstrated experience using the programming languages, packages and software development tools specified Strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand The ability to create and maintain a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients.
