Project Coordinator

Our client, located in Horsham, PA is searching for a Project Administrator/BA for a 9 month contract.Responsibilities include, but are not limited too: - Assist Project Team in developing an accurate Project Charter document. - Work with Project Team members to develop an accurate scope document. - Facilitate meetings with project team to gather and document project requirements. - Create accurate and detailed software requirements in accordance with industry standards - Actively participate in project team meetings. - Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks. - Implement the clients change management process when appropriate. - Assist the project team in the definition and documentation of all project deliverables. - Work with PM and Project Team to plan and execute on project implementation. - Participate in Lessons Learned process, identifying the successes and challenges encountered during the project lifecycle. - Complete the accurate and timely updates as required to TRAK IT. - Continually enhance own knowledge of systems, products, and industry. - Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor**s degree or equivalent work experience. - Excellent analytical skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills including active listening. Asking appropriate questions, clarifying information and writing clear, concise documents. - Knowledge of PC applications including SQL and MS Office products. - Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project. - Must have knowledge of the full life cycle of development, including testing.
