Job Description Project Coordinator (SRCJE-34224) Client Services Company for the legal profession, in Novato, is in need of Project Coordinator. This individual should be talented, with a solid history of excellent administrative support and database management skills to provide support to Project Managers.  We are looking for individuals who are proactive, accurate and dependable, have good software skills, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment Job duties will include:· Proofreading and data entry.· Database management.· Providing update reports on multiple projects.· Project coordination and follow-up with other team members.· Phone contact with clients. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening skills. Strong software and database skills:  MS Outlook, Word (including Mail Merge and Formatting), Excel, and Access (Access preferred but other database experience will be considered). Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a multi-project environment. Good at follow-through/follow-up High level of organization.
