Wells Fargo is one of the largest Internet banks in the world, with over ten million online customers .Join the Online Fraud/Risk services team of the Internet Services Group in San Francisco, CA, as a Senior Project Manager where you will manage complex, multi-channel projects that are initiated by the Fraud Products Solutions Group. You will work closely with product managers, business analyst and technical resources to understand the business need for a given project, gather and analyze the requirement details for the proposed solution(s) and ensure they are documented appropriately via requirements/use-cases, functional specifications and test plans. You will own the requirements process for a given project from end to end including the kick off the requirements process, collection and analysis of the detailed requirements, documentation and review, Change Control management through the life of the project and final closeout and archiving after the project implements. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting progress towards completion of the requirements. Standardized project methodology must be followed (RUP) in developing project plans, schedules, issues lists, developing and reporting project budgets. Strong communication and leadership skills are a must as you work directly with Senior Management and may provide supervision or guidance to less experienced PM's, BA's or contracted resources. Vendor management skills are a must as you may be required to integrate third party products into the project solution. Minimum Qualifications: 12 years experience including 5 years of e-business focus managing and directing strategic project initiatives in the internet/intranet environment. Demonstrated experience in successfully acting as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams to drive development of scope and business requirements to meet the strategic goals of the business. Demonstrated experience in utilizing use case methodology in developing business requirements. Demonstrated experience and knowledge with the project management process; coordinating, planning and executing through all phases of a project Proven experience in developing and presenting proposals to senior management Strong skills in successfully interacting with QA and UAT teams and environments, including developing detailed test and implementation plans Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful project teams and partnerships with business and technical groups. Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing PMs and BAs. Demonstrated vendor management experience. Preferred Skills: Bank and/or Fraud Industry knowledge and Online Banking/Bill Pay. Knowledge of the Bank's processing systems including WIB, WEB, APS, CIV, SIMS.
