Brief Description:  The role of the Project Manager/Business Analyst is to work with our MARS product suite.  Financial industry experience is required.  Please read below for more detail.

 

Due to the strong demand for the MARS CRM, Sales Reporting and 22c-2 Compliance product suite SalesFocus Solutions is looking for skilled Project Managers/Business Analysts with solid financial services experience to assist with implementing MARS for our rapidly growing base of new clients.  www.salesfocussolutions.com

 

Ø  Must be able to provide project leadership and direction to the project team members and be responsible for project planning, estimating, tracking and management.  This includes participating in client meetings to discuss the implementation project and status, working closely with the business functional areas, and external customers and vendors in defining project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements and timing deliverables;

 

Ø  Develop a mastery of MARS Implementation Process. 

 

Ø  Create and deliver weekly status reports on the MARS Implementation project to the Client’s Project Manager and to SalesFocus Solutions;

 

Ø  Work cooperatively with project team members, including both SalesFocus Solutions and customer personnel, to ensure task completion are proceeding on schedule and on budget;

 

Ø  Must have systems implementation experience in Financial Services environment;

 

Ø  Able to travel sites within the United States;

 

Ø  Able to lead requirements gathering functions and document business requirements;

 

Ø  Strong verbal and written communications;

 

Ø  Effective presentation, organizational and planning skills;

 

Ø  Have proficiency in the use of standard Project Management related documents and tools as part of the implementation process. 

 

Ø  PMI Certification, preferable but not necessary
