Plan and implement projects and interpret results. Support senior management for summarized risk analysis.RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the design, development and interpretation of business and statistical analysis to support senior management decision making. Responsible for execution of design and development of analysis, gathering and interpretation of results. Develop and execute monthly analytical reporting and ad-hoc reporting for decision support. Assist in the process to develop models and predict cardmember behavioral events for incorporation in cardmember assistance strategies. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of data manipulation and modeling tools as well as business and statistical modeling and forecast techniques. Assist in process implementation and continual improvement to support strategic goals. Understand decision engines and strategy deployment. Work closely with field units and systems teams to ensure strategic alignment across processes. SKILLSRequired: MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors DegreeFive - Seven years experience in applying statistical analysis to real business results. Less than five years, should have direct credit card industry experience and Masters Degree or Higher.Word processing (SAS, MS OFFICE a must), Spreadsheets and Computer Language .Knowledge of Model Builder, Teradata and Cognos a plus.RELATIONSHIPThis position directly reports to a Senior Manager in I&A. Determines the work techniques to be used. Analysis involves evaluating and interpreting data and of refining existing methods and techniques in order to reach conclusions. There might be a high level of query language to extract data, and knowledge of descriptive statistics. Recommendations would be made.
