DirectSat USA is a dynamic and growing company headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, just outside of Philadelphia.  DirectSat manages and performs installation projects in the satellite TV sector. 

 

Due to exceptional growth, we have a position in our King of Prussia, PA office for a Purchasing Analyst.  A tremendous emphasis is placed on follow through and a positive, up-beat attitude. Your ability to work effectively under pressure is a must. This position has room for growth for the right candidate. Must have strong computer skills, must be hands on, have a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail and have strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

 

 Duties and Responsibilities

 Assist in the entry of all weekly equipment ordersReview and monitor all ordering activitiesOversee weekly ordering reports and cost analysisDownload and analyze DirecTV reporting and variance analysisMaintain appropriate DirecTV data in internal databaseAd hoc reporting per senior management Other duties and projects may be assigned

 

 

Experience and Requirements

 Strong experience with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.  Excellent analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal communication and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) Working knowledge of MS Access is a plus Demonstrate ability to work independently, be self-motivated and self-reliant. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects/deadlines Ability to work well in a team environment
