Quality Assurance Senior Manager

-Perform work paper reviews -Support TeamMate automated workpaper system and maintain core programs -Coordinate workpaper reviews with external auditors -Maintain department policies and procedures -Train auditors in CIT IAS work paper standards -Maintain IAS websites -Make recommendations and solicit feedback from other team members to improve our processes and procedures. -Manage projects to improve our processes -Monitor department metrics to ensure we are meeting our standards -Participate in the annual internal Quality Assessment of the department -Perform audits on a periodic basis -Perform other operational support tasks as required BS Accounting preferred, 5+ years experience internal audit, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent work paper preparation skills, excellent organization skills and familiarity with IIA standards. Prefer some experience in an Internal Audit Quality Assurance role.
