Quality Control Supervisor

Summary

Responsible for conducting quality control audits of services provided by TransFirst, which includes the Merchant and client support that is consistent with policy guidelines established by management.  Prepares activity and progress reports, recommending improvements in policies and procedures. May assist in the development of the quality standards.

 Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has supervisory responsibilities.

· Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.

· May initiate and communicate the following: employment, termination, performance and salary reviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling and/or approving overtime.

 

 Education & Experience

· Minimum of two years experience in customer service, operations, quality control or combination of experience preferred. Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred. 

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

· College degree preferred.
