Real Estate Analyst/Appraiser

The position’s main focus will be in the preparation of marketing packages for multifamily assets to be marketed and sold by Moran and Company.   Working closely with the managing partner of the office, this will entail  an on-going commitment to research/analysis of multifamily markets, a broad knowledge of commercial real estate valuation practices (specifically insitutional multifamily assets), and development of an understanding of the financial operations of multifamily assets.
