Real Estate Securities/Research Analyst

Job Purpose:

Firms seeks motivated individual with accounting or real estate/securities/financial analysis experience to spearhead new initiative in real estate securities research and reporting. CPA/MBA/CFA preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.

Duties:

Prepares industry reports by researching industry events, patterns, developments and consolidations; writing summaries; interviewing industry analysts and representatives.

Develops projections by inputting data and parameters into financial models.

Ensures understanding of reports and projections by providing background information; answering questions.

Protects organization's and client's value by keeping research information confidential.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and professional publications.
