A Back Bay asset management firm is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the office. The Receptionist will manage the phones, greet visitors, and set up conference rooms. The individual in this role should also be ready to take on projects and keep the office running smoothly by ordering supplies, calling caterers etc.

 

Looking for a candidate with 4 year degree, who is bright, able to pick up new concepts quickly and will transition into new role relating to investments. The ideal candidate will be a recent college grad with strong internships. Should be organized with excellent communication skills and with ability to multi-task. Candidates must have strong computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Salary will be $40K’s
