Receptionist (Concierge)

Our client, an international financial services firm located in downtown Chicago is looking for a receptionist.  Our client would be willing to look at someone with experience as a concierge of a hotel too. Someone who will greet clients, make sure they are comfortable, get them coffee, hang up their coats, etc.  They will maintain phone lists, order business cards and office supplies, help out with opening accounts, organize inner office raffles (for example extra cubs tickets). They will arrange conferences, luncheons, arrange for a car, arrange for clients to be picked up at the airport, order lunches for the office, etc. They must have receptionist or concierge experience. THIS IS FOR A CAREER RECEPTIONIST NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO USE THIS POSITION AS A STEPPING STONE.
