Reconciliation Manager

Responsibilities include:

Train, manage, and mentor staff members (2) in reconciliation area

Balance and reconcile differences for a large number of bank / depository accounts / suspense accounts

Reporting / follow up / and resolution documentation

Responsible for month end audit package

Requirements/Skill set:

Minimum 5 years broker dealer experience

2 - 3 years previous management experience required

Bachelors in Business or recognized professional accounting designation (CA, CPA) required

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate should be flexible to work additional hours, possible weekends, and public holidays
