Recording Clerk Looking for Growth and Flexibility
Act-1 has an Immediate need for a Recording Clerk seeking growth, flexibility, and the opportunity to be part of a substantial financial organization. Customer service experience, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a time sensitive environment will be the keys to success in this growing, stable organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years experience in the administrative field or customer service field,
• Excellent customer service skills,
• Professional phone manner,
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook,
• Type 40+ WPM,
• Detail oriented, organized, and willing to work overtime
DUTIES:
Receiving and entering verbal search data, including, but not limited to liens, judgments, mortgages, vesting, legal descriptions, and taxes via telephone, meeting minimum production standards and on-time performance objectives, communicate with customers via telephone, email, and website, follow up with customers on progress of orders, respond to customer questions, heavy phone interaction with clients and appraisers, resolving client issues and answering any questions for the client, and any additional duties as needed
• Contract position (3-6 months)
• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• $11.00 per hour
