About the Position:

The Recruiting Administrative Manager is responsible for ensuring that our client provides an excellent recruiting process and experience for candidates. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and reacts well under pressure. Some of the responsibilities will be:

 

• Managing the administrative staff that coordinates all aspects of Recruiting processes

• Ensuring that the processing team is running in a smooth, cohesive, and efficient manner

• Liaising between Head of Technology Recruiting, Recruiters, and Administrative staff

• Overseeing and backing-up team responsible for scheduling interviews, maintaining internal and external job postings, and a variety of other  administrative duties

• Driving technological improvements to enhance overall process

• Delegating and utilizing strengths of the team to invoke a process that is seamless and transparent to the Hiring Managers

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree demonstrating an outstanding academic record

  • Three plus years of relevant business experience

  • High proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel; should be technologically savvy and a quick learner

  • Experience in managing teams and projects

  • Excellent experience in managing a processing/administrative team and providing strategic direction and organization

  • Big picture, conceptual thinker, but also highly detail-oriented

  • Commonsense approach to problem solving and prioritization

  • Able to make decisions within a fast-paced environment

  • Superb organizational skills; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work while maintaining the highest quality

  • High energy and proactive attitude; seeking to contribute and improve efficiency in all areas

  • Comfortable giving and receiving criticism

  • Flexible, positive, open-minded, and comfortable asking questions

  • Professional and a team player

 

Preferred candidates would also meet the following criteria:

• Recruiting experience would be helpful, but not necessary.
