A leading Independent Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join our home office staff in Norcross. This individual will work within the Business Development Group in indentifying and attracting new advisors, planners and other financial professionals to the firm. The candidate must possess outstanding communication and relationship building skills to effectively describe the firm’s comprehensive offerings.

FINRA series 6 or 7 is highly desired as are other industry designations. A minimum of two years in the financial services industry, preferably in recruiting, sales or marketing. Must have a good understanding of investment products, fee-based business, back office operations and the broker-dealer industry.
