Description and Responsibilities




In your role as a  Recruiting Coordinator,  you will play an integral part towards the success of  the company's recruiting  efforts!  Work in  concert with a  seasoned recruiting  team to accomplish the following:

Network with University Career Centers, clubs and organizations, assisting our recruiters with the research and scheduling of events.
Set interview schedule for our Sr. Recruiting team.
Help coordinate job fair and on-campus interview schedules/registrations.
Maintain and mine job boards for qualified candidates.
Assist in administrative tasks such as creating employee files, filing and other projects as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong networking ability and desire to grow in a recruiting career path.
Work ethic and discipline needed to succeed independently in a high-energy environment.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

Goal Oriented High Achiever.

PC literate in a MS Window environment.

Prior experience in phone sales, customer service environment or retail sales preferred.

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

* This is an inside sales position requiring a substantial amount of business development via the phones.
