Regional Credit Manager

BASIC FUNCTION
The Regional Credit Manager (RCM) is responsible for managing and developing all credit and sales functions within their assigned region (Washington, Idaho and Oregon). The RCM provides input and executes strategies for the region, as well as provides leadership to the Credit team. This team member is a key link between credit operations, sales operations and senior leadership.  The RCM will will responsible for managing our Renton, Washington location.  

JOB DUTIES
Drive originations and credit quality performance of the Credit team.
Quickly adapt and lead Credit team through organizational change.
Build a high performing and knowledgeable team.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and managing the Credit and Sales team.
Responsible for the financial performance of the regional office.
Approve and capture automotive finance contracts that meet Nationwide’s profitability standards.
Review and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to use as tools in decision making processes and coaching opportunities.

Ability to professionally represent Nationwide.
Delegate effectively.

Experience
Previous experience in the auto finance industry preferred.
Experience in a branch management position a plus.
